The superior cutting speed and flexibility of our round and square tube and 5 axis laser cutting machines provides the perfect sub-contract laser cutting service for a wide range of shop fitting applications. Our tube cutting machines provide a quick and precise cut which matches your exact specifications.
Traditionally, the manufacturing of shop fittings would require a number of different processes from different sub-contractors, however we’re able to combine these formerly singular processes under one roof. This combination, coupled with the high quality finish of laser cutting allows us to be more competitive when compared to traditional methods of punching, drilling, slotting and mitre cutting. Enabling us to pass both cost and time saving benefits on to you.
We’re able to process a range of common materials, such as mild steel and stainless steel, used in the manufacturing of shop fitting components: slotted channel, shelves, brackets and fixings.
Our CNC laser cutting service doesn’t just stop at shop fittings, taking advantage of our 6kW and 4kW flat bed lasers, we’re also able to help laser cut a number of point-of-sale material including promotional and branding such as shop fronts, signs and other small pieces. Due to a recent investment in fibre laser cutters at our sister company Charles Day (Steels) Ltd, we’re now able to quickly and efficiently process highly-reflective metals such as aluminium, brass and copper, along traditional metals such as carbon, mild and stainless steel.
Additionally, our post cutting services offer capacity for tube folding, bending, drilling, welding and light fabrication, enabling us to offer you completed components ready for assembly.
